Functional Nutrition Practitioner specializing in insulin resistance, visceral fat physiology, fatty liver patterns, and glucose–insulin dynamics in high-achieving adults.
In 2016, I was diagnosed with prediabetes — an experience that fundamentally changed how I understand metabolic health. By addressing nutrition, lifestyle, and underlying physiology, I reversed my own condition and recognized that most metabolic dysfunction is not a drug deficiency, but a root-cause problem that often remains unaddressed.
Today, I work with clients using a systems-biology approach, combining lab-based assessment, metabolic pattern recognition, and targeted lifestyle restoration rather than symptom-focused management.
