Fix Metabolic Chaos FAQ
A) Program & Coaching Questions
1. What makes Fix Metabolic Chaos different from standard nutrition coaching?
Fix Metabolic Chaos focuses on restoring metabolic function at the cellular level rather than simply reducing calories or pushing diet trends. The approach integrates mitochondrial health, insulin sensitivity, nutrient density, and real physiological mechanisms.
2. Is this program suitable for people with type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance?
Yes. The program is specifically designed around improving metabolic flexibility, stabilizing glucose dynamics, and reducing insulin resistance through nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted strategies.
3. How long does it take to see results?
Most clients experience measurable improvements within the first 3–6 weeks — especially when following the plan consistently. Metabolic adaptations continue throughout the 12-week program.
4. Do you provide personalized plans?
Yes. Every client receives an individualized plan based on their metabolic status, lifestyle, and goals. There are no templates or generic one-size-fits-all diets.
5. Are labs required?
Labs are helpful but not mandatory. If you already have recent labs, they can be integrated into your assessment. Otherwise, we can proceed without labs and improve based on symptoms and real-time glucose responses.
B) Science & Methodology Questions
6. What is metabolic flexibility?
Metabolic flexibility refers to the body’s ability to switch efficiently between burning carbohydrates and fats. Research shows that metabolic inflexibility is one of the earliest signs of metabolic dysfunction and insulin resistance.
7. Why is mitochondrial function important?
Mitochondria are the energy-producing structures in every cell. Impaired mitochondrial function contributes to reduced energy, insulin resistance, and metabolic disease — a concept supported by research published in the NIH database.
8. Are animal-based diets safe and effective?
A high-quality, nutrient-dense animal-based diet supports satiety, stable glucose, hormonal balance, and essential micronutrients. It aligns with evolutionary biology and is extremely effective for reversing metabolic dysfunction when implemented correctly.
9. Do you use supplements?
Only when needed. Food-first is the foundation. Supplements are used to support electrolytes, digestion, circadian rhythm, or mitochondrial pathways when appropriate — never as a substitute for real nutrition.
C) Practical & Logistics Questions
10. How do sessions work?
Sessions are done online through Zoom. All scheduling is automated through Calendly, and communication between sessions is available through WhatsApp for quick guidance.
11. How often do we meet?
During the 12-week program, clients have weekly check-ins and one deeper review every month to adjust the strategy and track progress.
12. Can I contact you between sessions?
Yes. Clients have direct access to WhatsApp support for short questions, clarifications, and accountability throughout the program.
13. What if I don’t see results?
If you follow the plan fully and do not achieve measurable improvement, you receive an additional 4-week extension at no extra cost — this is the performance assurance of the program.
14. Do you work with clients outside Germany?
Yes. The program is fully online, and clients from any country can join.
